We currently deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE, including:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders within the UAE. Additional verification may be required before dispatch.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may request photos of the package and products to assist with the investigation.
